We find and refer competent Caregivers who are experienced in caring for the elderly and disabled clients in a professional and compassionate manner. It is a demanding job as they must be available for most of the day and week. Caregivers we choose are patient and friendly. They follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients in everyday living. They do this with cheer and dedication finding the assistance to others satisfying and rewarding work.

With our in-depth interviewing and screening process we scrutinize each applicant's qualities and abilities.
During their initial interview with us, and then again when checking their references we look to confirm their work experience. This information is then routinely discussed with families during the selection process.
We encourage families to thoroughly double-check all information during the interview process.
Families interview applicants at locations convenient to them, and make the final hiring decision.

We encourage families to maintain contact with us to insure our referral has met their satisfaction.
If the hired person doesn't work out, becomes sick or has to leave: we will provide an appropriate replacement at no additional fee at anytime during the first six months.
We always have highly qualified caregivers available for work.

Applicants come to us from many countries and cultures.
They have excellent communication skills. Many caregivers speak more than one language (Greek, Italian, Russian, French, German, Spanish, etc.).

A lot of caregivers we refer to families are originally from the Republic of Georgia, and we mention this fact because in their native country:
-
Age, position and power usually earn respect.
-
Elders are generally held in high esteem and thus the reason they are introduced first when greeting.
-
Along with respect comes responsibility and this at the top of the hierarchy (whether the head of household or business) will be expected to make decisions that are in the best interest of the group.

We believe patients and their families deserve quality care, passionate support and the highest standards of excellence in Home Care services.
Our purpose is to ensure that care providers we refer are experienced and trained to provide the best care management services possible. We carefully choose caregivers for patients, matching them by skills and personality.
Our referrals provide support in home, hospital, assisted living or hospice settings, they are prepared to deliver specialty services that exceed traditional standards of care by creating a family-friendly environment for their patients.
Caregivers help private care patients of all ages in their homes or other facilities achieve an independent life.
They help patients with conditions such as COPD and heart disease - among others. Thanks to their previous experience and Specialty Care Training, caregivers offer care that is fit to meet the needs of patients and their families in a variety of care areas that include Diabetes, Traumatic Brain Injury, Alzheimer’s and Dementia, Stroke (cerebrovascular accident – or CVA), mental health, and hospice.
